Frequently Asked Questions

Do you support the Oculus Quest, Oculus Go, Samsung GearVR, or Microsoft Mixed Reality headsets?

Unfortunately, we don't support the Oculus Quest, Oculus Go or Samsung GearVR headsets,
due to Oculus content policies and app signing requirements.
We generally recommend an HTC Vive or Oculus Rift VR headset, for the best experience.
Microsoft Mixed Reality headsets may work as well, but we haven't tested all of them.

I'm experiencing a bug that is preventing me from enjoying the game, what should I do?

Please email us a screenshot of what you're seeing and
send us the 'output log' file, found at the following path on your computer:

C:\Users\*YOUR_USERNAME*\AppData\LocalLow\sinVR\sinVR\output_log.txt

'Cannot Connect to Remote Server' error on app launch?

Is it possible that you have a firewall or an antivirus
that is blocking the app from connecting to the Internet?
If you do, you will need to allow the following two exe files:
1. /SinVR/SinVR.exe
2. /SinVR/data/_.exe

If that doesn't resolve the issue,
please delete the following file and try launching the app again:
C:\Users\*YOUR_USERNAME*\AppData\LocalLow\sinVR\sinVR\parse.settings

How do I access 'The Enforcer'?

The Enforcer is a special type of girl, who plays out the male role in the scene.
She is available in the 'Shooting Range' scene.
To access The Enforcer, you need to first choose any girl,
then choose the 'Shooting Range' scene second.
